STEP 2 - Make Payment:


In order for us to process your application, a $35 application fee is required. You can conveniently pay online or deliver a check or money order to our office at 1520 W Main Street, Suite 101B, Richmond, VA 23220. Please note that we will not be able to process your application until payment is received.

You may be requested to submit additional employment and rental information in order to complete the application process.  If so, below are the forms we will need you to complete and fax in to us at (804) 358-0539.
