| Refer Someone | Know someone who will be attending VCU or MCV? Refer them to us and if they sign a lease, we will pay you a $50 referral fee! Just send us their contact information and we'll handle the rest. It's that easy! |

Don't forget to turn in your move-in checklist within 7 days from the start of your lease! This will ensure that you are not charged for repair costs that you were not responsible for during your tenancy with us. |
